WHAT THE FLARK? ok, look... gotg 2021 is rated T for Teen. they had to get around it somehow. because of this, peter and co use a bunch of creative 'space swears' like scut, flark, d'ast, etc. In-universe his excuse will be that curses had to be leveled out in order to be translated -- 'fuck' might be a curse in English, but on Katath it might be a friendly gesture to have with your loved ones. VISUAL: outdated, but not too much. peter combines space worthy tech with retro pins. his jacket literally says "star-lord" on the back. his clothes are well-worn and cared for, and his hair is perfectly coiffed at all times
AURAL: (spoilers!) peter almost never shuts up. whether he's talking about nothing, humming a tune, or quietly singing music to himself
OLFACTORY: if someone's in the shower, 9 times out of 10, it's peter. he smells clean and fresh with a hint of space llama
DEMEANOUR: emphatic and open, peter carries himself with confidence. sure, it's fake confidence sometimes, but he always tries to make sure everyone around him is ok before worrying about himself. definitely the friendliest of the guardians, he prefers to hope for the best and plan for the best or maybe worst if it really comes to that
